• Payment Information: Handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected solely to provide and maintain the MuralesDXF service, process your transactions via Paddle, and improve user experience.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Paddle.com for payment processing. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, your payment data is processed by Paddle in accordance with their privacy policy.

4. Data Retention

Generated DXF and STEP files are stored temporarily on our servers for the sole purpose of allowing you to download them. They are automatically deleted after 1 hour.
