MuralesDXF provides instantly downloadable digital goods (DXF and STEP files). Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon generation, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.
If you have purchased a Pro Monthly or Pro Annual subscription and you have not generated or downloaded any premium files during your current billing cycle, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.
All our payments and refunds are handled securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund or if you experience any technical issues with your downloaded file, please contact us at support@muraldxf.com with your Paddle order receipt.
