Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
MuralesDXF provides a digital tool for generating parametric DXF and STEP files for CNC laser cutting and 3D printing. The files generated are for your personal or commercial use. You may not resell the generator tool itself.
The algorithms, interface, and branding of MuralesDXF are the intellectual property of the MuralesDXF creators. The designs and files you generate using the tool are your property, and you hold the rights to manufacture them.
The files generated by MuralesDXF are provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the physical manufacturability or structural integrity of the generated designs. You are responsible for verifying the files before sending them to a CNC machine or 3D printer.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
